CEO / Founder
Jason has been helping build SWR for more than three decades. He enjoys understanding what a customer is trying to achieve, asking the right questions and finding the right way forward. Today, he focuses on the direction of SWR, developing its people and ensuring the business keeps combining genuine expertise with a personal, straightforward approach. Away from SWR Jason enjoys cycling, watching Watford FC, and travelling.

Director
With nearly two decades at SWR, Lisa oversees Operations & Finance, turning vision into action. Her leadership brings clarity, structure and momentum, helping teams perform their best while driving the business forward. Passionate about SWR’s success, she values its family atmosphere and keeps customers at the heart of every decision. Outside work, Lisa loves time at her house in Spain, touring in her caravan, and keeping busy with two dogs and her new granddaughter.

Head of Balustrade
Tom has been with SWR for 16 years and leads the Balustrade and Doors & Awnings divisions. Passionate about making things straightforward for customers, he enjoys understanding their needs and finding the right solutions. His hands-on experience in fabrication and installation brings valuable practical knowledge from design through to completion. A lifelong Arsenal fan and golf enthusiast, Tom values time with his wife Sophie and son Max above all else.

Nicole plays a key role in keeping the company’s finances on track by managing customer accounts and helping to resolve any account queries. Organised, approachable, and attentive to detail, Nicole is a valued member of the team. Outside work, Nicole enjoys going to gym, taking long walk with her dogs, and keeping busy with two teenagers.

Head of ecommerce
Tom joined SWR in 2007, aged 17, starting in sales before moving into marketing and web development. Now Head of Commerce, he combines nearly two decades of product knowledge with digital expertise to make buying balustrade systems online simple and straightforward. Outside work, Tom is converting an old van into a campervan, combining his interests in travel, design, technology and hands-on projects.

Aftersales
Debbie has worked within the balustrade division for nearly 10 years, gaining extensive knowledge and experience across both the sales and operations sides of the business. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the balustrade industry. Away from SWR, Debbie likes to get creative with art & crafts and interior design.

Lead Balustrade Fabricator
Richard has been with SWR for 10 years and plays a key role in the balustrade team, fabricating our systems with a keen eye for quality and detail. He takes pride in doing things properly and is known for his caring, thoughtful approach. His experience, craftsmanship and commitment to quality help ensure every balustrade leaves the workshop ready for installation. Outside work, Richard enjoys the gym, staying active and teaching his daughter badminton.
Ben Cobain
Balustrade Fabricator
Ben joined SWR as a school apprentice and has since developed his skills within the balustrade team, working alongside Richard in our fabrication workshop. Having been mentored by Richard, he has built a strong foundation of practical knowledge and craftsmanship. Ben brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a willingness to learn, helping maintain the quality SWR is known for. Ben loves his Japanese cars, his dream is to own a Mazda RX7.
Ben Fowler
Balustrade Sales Executive
Ben has been with the sales team for two years, quickly developing his knowledge and experience in an ever-changing industry. Naturally optimistic and personable, he builds strong customer relationships. His perceptive nature and communication skills help him understand customers’ needs, while his enthusiasm and creativity help him find the right solutions. Outside work, Ben enjoys living on the water with his family, having recently converted a widebeam into a floating home.

Abbie has been part of SWR for over 10 years, gaining experience across the business. She uses digital marketing, content and customer insights to make the SWR Balustrade customer journey clear and straightforward, from inspiration to enquiry. Outside work, Abbie enjoys time with her two sons, visiting National Trust properties and creative design projects.
